Question 2 is a political question.  

Question 3 sounds like they are asking for investment advice:  I have a good investment advisor if they need one.

The main counterpoint to a bad survey is a better survey.  The AMS may wish to do one of its own.

I agree with what you have here and I thought that the answers could be even more misconstrued that way. I wish there has a place you could write to explain or something like that.</description>

BTW, nothing on the survey was in response to the referendum question. Anne D outlined that those would be the survey questions when she presented to council (you had Senate that night), which was before the tuition question was put on the ballot.
